Job summary

Primus Workforce is seeking hardworking Labourers for high-pressure tank cleaning and confined space entry across Northern Alberta. You will operate 20,000 PSI wash systems, manage hoses and safety procedures, and work in challenging environments.

Safety tickets and physical stamina are required; prior oil & gas or industrial cleaning experience is an asset. We value reliability, teamwork, and safety-mindedness.

Full-time, part-time, and contract roles available; driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English.
• Safety tickets required: H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry Monitor, Fall Protection, CSO.
• Preferred: First Aid Level C, WHMIS, CSTS.
• Experience in remote sites, confined spaces, heights, or extreme weather is an asset.
• Experience with high-pressure cleaning and chemical handling is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure wash systems (20,000 PSI) to clean tanks, pipes, heat exchangers, and industrial equipment.
• Perform water jetting and chemical cleaning to remove buildup and contaminants.
• Handle hoses, nozzles, and pressure controls; ensure safe disposal of waste.
• Enter confined spaces such as tanks, vessels, and pits for cleaning and inspections.
• Follow confined space entry procedures including air monitoring and respirator use when needed.
• Maintain safety communications with attendants and team members; assist setup/teardown of equipment.

Tank Cleaning/Confined Space Entry Labourer

We are Currently Seeking: High Pressure Tank Cleaning and Confined Space Entry Laborers.

Locations: Across Northern Alberta

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-pressure wash systems (20,000PSI) to clean tanks, pipes, heat exchangers, and other industrial equipment.
• Use water jetting and chemicalcleaning techniques to remove buildup, sludge, and contaminants.
• Handle and maintain hoses, nozzles,and pressure controls.
• Ensure proper disposal of wastematerials following environmental regulations.
• Enter confined spaces such as tanks,vessels, and pits to perform cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.
• Work in confined areas with properventilation, lighting, and safety equipment.
• Follow strict confined space entryprocedures, including air monitoring and using supplied air respirators ifnecessary.
• Communicate with safety attendants andteam members to ensure safe work conditions.
• Assist with setting up and tearingdown equipment at job sites.
• Perform manual labor, includinglifting, shoveling, and moving hoses or cleaning tools.
• Support other industrial cleaningtasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Clearverbal and written English
• Required SafetyTickets (Must be issued by Energy Safety Canada): H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry& Monitor, Fall Protection, Common Safety Orientation.
• Other SafetyTickets (Preferred): First Aid Level C, WHMIS, CSTS
• Previousexperience working in various environments (i.e., remote sites, confined spaces,heights, noisy environments, and extreme weather conditions); Industrial pulpand paper and/or oil and gas experience is also an asset.
• Swampingexperience is an asset (i.e., Vacuum and Hydro vac work).
• Experienceworking with High-Pressure Water Blasting Equipment is an asset.
• Experienceworking with chemicals is an asset.

AdditionalRequirements:

• ValidClass 5 driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability towork flexible hours, including overtime and shifts.
