You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, review drawings and contracts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading water and wastewater capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead planning, design, procurement, and delivery of utility capital projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and third-party project managers.
• Oversee construction activities, inspections, and safety/compliance.
• Prepare tenders, procurements, and contract documents; administer changes.
• Support capital planning and review technical agreements with regulators.
