You bring strong project leadership, financial management, procurement, and contract administration experience, along with practical knowledge of municipal infrastructure. Experience delivering water and wastewater projects within Alberta’s regulatory environment would be highly valued.

You will be successful in this role if you bring:

  • Sound judgment when balancing risk, cost, quality, and competing priorities

  • A strategic and forward‑thinking approach to infrastructure planning

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

  • Integrity, accountability, and a commitment to public service

  • A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions‑focused mindset

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering discipline; or a Civil Engineering Technology diploma with a C.E.T. designation

  • At least five years of relevant experience with an engineering degree, or seven years with a C.E.T. designation

  • Proven experience delivering capital infrastructure or construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
