CIMA+ in Canada seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater design and delivery, mentoring engineers, and ensuring client satisfaction. Hybrid work model with offices across Ontario and Bowmanville.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety while building strong client relationships and contributing to growth of our Water business. This is a leadership role within a collaborative team at CIMA+, a privately owned Canadian firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive consulting engineering experience.
• P.Eng. in Ontario or eligible for registration.
• Experience leading water/wastewater projects.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Experience in business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and delivery of municipal water/wastewater projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
• Build relationships with municipal clients and partners.
• Monitor performance and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and resource planning.
• Support business development and proposals.
