Job summary

Maple Reinders is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager for Water/Wastewater Construction in Ontario. You will lead the Duffin Creek WPCP Biosolids Treatment Replacement project in Pickering, coordinating with estimators, superintendents, project coordinators and subcontractors.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, QA/QC, submittals, and change orders while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Project Manager in construction with a general contractor.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater, energy projects, and civil infrastructure.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering; professional designation preferred.
• P.Eng and/or Gold Seal is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, QA/QC, and safety requirements.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and support career progression.
• Prepare and submit budgets, tenders, and change orders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage sub-trades and suppliers.
• Lead project startup, progression meetings, and close-out activities.
