Job summary

Niagara Region seeks a Manager of the W-WW Engineering Management Office to lead governance, standards, and delivery frameworks for the water and wastewater capital program. You will oversee CPDF, stage-gate governance, and ensure alignment with procurement, legal, and financial controls.

You will supervise portfolio monitoring, reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement; coordinate with internal divisions, regulatory bodies, and external partners to support safe, reliable infrastructure

Qualifications

Leads governance and project delivery frameworks for capital programs.
Develops KPIs and monitors project controls (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality).
Coordinates with procurement, legal, risk and finance controls.

Responsibilities

Leads and administers the Engineering Management Office functions, including governance of CPDF and project delivery standards.
Owns end-to-end CPDF and stage-gate governance for W-WW capital projects and programs.
Develops governance frameworks and controls for consistent and compliant delivery.
Aligns governance with corporate procurement, legal, risk and financial controls.
Ensures compliance with legislation, regulations, policies and industry standards.
Establishes standardized methodologies and end-to-end delivery processes across all project phases.
