Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and water treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth advice on customer applications for optimal performance.
• Support new installations and equipment calibrations, including remote monitoring and feeding technology.
• Service the mechanical installation and ensure performance and reliability of pumps, piping, chemical feed systems, storage tanks, and other connected systems.
• Maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders with the sales account manager.
• Deliver customer technical training as required.
• Identify new business opportunities and transfer sales leads to the sales teams.
• Provide comprehensive customer service reports according to RMC policies using RMC tools.
• Maintain company-owned equipment and tools, safety equipment and vehicle.
• Complete all administrative requirements including basic skills/safety training courses.
• Manage inventory at customer sites.
• Deliver on service KPIs including safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safe operations according to policies.
