Job summary

Windfall Mining Group is seeking a Water Treatment Supervisor to lead operators and technicians at the Windfall site in northern Quebec. You will oversee effluent and drinking water treatment operations, allocate resources, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with partner companies, external consultants, and a focus on safety and environmental targets. You will report to the Water Treatment Coordinator, work an 8-day on, 6-day off schedule, and enjoy lodging, meals,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant mining/industrial water treatment experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operators, technicians, and skilled laborers in effluent and drinking water treatment operations.
• Allocate resources to meet treatment objectives and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure proper operation of effluent and drinking water treatment systems.
• Monitor process data and environmental targets to ensure systems perform effectively.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and share findings with the team.
• Collaborate with staff from partner companies and external consultants as needed.
