We are seeking Water Transfer Technicians to join our field operations team. This role is physically demanding and requires strong reliability, with travel to sites and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Current certification in First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO.
  • Experience in water transfer, pumping, or oilfield operations preferred.

  • Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in rig-in and rig-out of water transfer and lease operations.
  • Operate and monitor pumps, tanks, and transfer systems to ensure efficient water movement.
  • Maintain fluid levels in tanks, rings, and ponds.
  • Operate field equipment including pumps and skid steers.
  • Complete field tickets, JSAs/JHAs, and reports accurately.

We are currently seeking Water Transfer Technicians to join our growing field operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking, safety-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to a high-performing team environment.

About The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Water Transfer Technician plays a critical role in supporting water transfer and pumping operations in the field. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position where safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.

You will be responsible for operating equipment, supporting rig-in and rig-out activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of water between sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Rig-in and Rig-out of water transfer and lease operations.
  • Operate and monitor pumps, tanks, and transfer systems to ensure efficient water movement.
  • Manage fluid levels in tanks, C-Rings, and ponds.
  • Operate field equipment including pumps, filtration units, crew trucks, tailers, and skid steers.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
  • Participate in job safety meetings, hazard assessments, and training initiatives.
  • Complete and submit required documentation (field tickets, JSAs/JHAs, reports) accurately and on time.
  • Safely handle equipment and materials (lifting to 50 lbs).
  • Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Field Supervisors and Field Superintendents.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Current certification in First Aid, H2S Alive, Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
  • Previous experience in water transfer, pumping, or oilfield operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer service and a commitment to safety.

Working Conditions

  • Travel is required.
