Reporting to the Program Manager, Water Demand Analysis & Programs, is responsible for providing water and wastewater systems engineering analysis and development of strategies for the optimization of system performance. Compiles bi-monthly water and wastewater data for billings to the local municipalities. Leads or provides technical support on projects. Implements and maintains flow monitoring program, ensuring appropriate data capture, analysis and documentation. Provides operations systems analysis.
