Stantec is seeking a senior leader to grow the Water practice on Vancouver Island. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive market growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams across BC.

This role focuses on strategy, pursuit execution, and delivering complex water infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in water consulting, PE BC eligibility, and a proven track record in developing proposals, managing risks, and leading multidisciplinary teams

Formación

• Strong business development and account management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in water infrastructure proposals.
• Registration or eligibility for Professional Engineer BC.

Responsabilidades

• Drive market growth and strategic pursuits.
• Lead the Water market strategy for Vancouver Island, translating regional priorities into focused client, account, and pursuit plans.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
• Build strong client relationships and lead key accounts.
• Lead significant project pursuits and project delivery in an appropriate technical, project management, review, or advisory role.
• Provide contract review and compliance oversight and resource planning on pursuits
• Support and help deliver the annual business plan for Water in the region
• Support successful project delivery, quality, and risk management.
• Lead, mentor, and connect high-performing teams.
• Champion collaboration, inclusion, and health and safety.
