Compensation: $19-$27 per hour (full-time / permanent)

The Job – Water Damage Technician
At On Side, Water Damage Technicians (WDTs) respond to incidents involving burst pipes, blocked drains, sewer backups, or other water-related disasters. Understanding the urgency and working with customers in a caring, calm, and empathetic manner are essential to success!
Working as a team, WDTs clean up the mess to restore properties to their pre-disaster condition.
What you bring:
A WDT brings a proactive, 'get it done!' attitude and various skills, including:
Experience in demolition, carpentry, plumbing, construction, landscaping, or related fields can be beneficial but is not required.

Note: Disaster response can occur at any time, requiring a rotating schedule including 24/7 on-call work.
