Waste Control Services is seeking a part-time Swamper/Labourer to join our North Vancouver team. You will assist on the rear-load garbage truck, performing residential collection on a designated route in the District of West Vancouver, four days per week, starting at 7am.

The role requires physical fitness and adherence to residential guidelines. Competitive hourly compensation is offered, with benefits including extended health, dental and vision, plus employee assistance and life insurance

Qualifications

• Class 5 license preferred or L.
• Ability to perform physically demanding job (lifting up to 20kg repeatedly, up to 800x a day).
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions.
• Good understanding of residential collection guidelines.
• 7am start.

Responsabilités

• Primary role would be working as a Swamper/Labourer on the back of a traditional Rear Load garbage truck performing residential collection of garbage and organics working on a designated route in the District of West Vancouver.
