Emterra Group is seeking a Truck Loader to collect curbside materials from residential and commercial sites, lifting heavy loads and recording daily pickups. You will work in all weather, follow safety rules, and support efficient waste-collection operations.

Qualifications

Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to operate required equipment safely.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Able to read/write to log pickups daily.
Willing to undergo background checks (MTO medical/drug test, criminal history, license verification).
Punctual, dependable, team player.

Responsibilities

Collect curbside materials from residential buildings and facilities.
Pick up refuse in designated areas as needed.
Maintain daily records of pickups.
Perform repetitive tasks including heavy lifting (50lbs).
Work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain or snow).
Dispose of curbside collections per policies and procedures.
Observe and follow safe work practices.
