Job summary

The Seaboard Transport Group is seeking a Washbay Technician based in Edmonton, AB. You will wash and maintain a large fleet of trucks and tankers, perform light maintenance tasks, and assist with yard duties while focusing on safe, efficient service for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a truck with air brakes and manual transmission is preferred.
• Experience moving trailers is an asset.
• General labour duties and light maintenance tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all equipment inside and out.
• Assist with yard duties and parts pickup as needed.
• Support light maintenance tasks for technicians.
• Assist with TDG shop duties and tanker maintenance opportunities.
• Adhere to safety and customer service standards.

Core Job Functions:

• Washing of all equipment inside and out
• Experience operating a truck with air brakes and manual transmission considered an asset
• Experience moving trailers considered an asset
• Replacing mud flaps
• Yard duties
• Parts pickup
• Lawn care
• General labour duties
• Light maintenance work (assisting technician’s)
• Other duties as required
