The Warranty Technician is a member of the warranty and maintenance team, responsible for providing boots on the ground support to address warranty related customer issues, presently to Bedrock Homes, and ultimately to several other clients in the Calgary area. This position ensures that all customer warranty concerns are analyzed in detail to confirm the faults, identify liability, and determine acceptance ratios. They represent MCW in the field providing warranty services, doing root cause analysis and provide corrective feedback to resolve issues.
