Job description

We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused New Home Warranty Technician to support homeowners through the possession and warranty process. In this role, you’ll coordinate walkthroughs, manage service appointments, and facilitate timely repairs—ensuring every homeowner receives exceptional support and their home meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-occupancy and possession walkthroughs
• Document and coordinate warranty service and deficiencies
• Liaise with homeowners, trades, and internal teams
• Schedule and oversee repair work and follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate records and communicate warranty details

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in residential construction or skilled trades (carpentry, general maintenance)
• Strong knowledge of home construction and warranty processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (clean abstract) and personal hand tools
• Certifications such as CNHT or Home Inspection are an asset
