Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Warranty Claims Adjudicator to evaluate dealership warranty submissions, determine claim validity, and maintain comprehensive records. You will collaborate with dealerships, coordinate with internal teams, and support product improvement programs.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high volume of claims while adhering to policy. Knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing complex warranty cases.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle a high volume of warranty claims.
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, and technology.
  • Knowledge of Agricultural or Heavy Equipment industries is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate warranty claims submitted by our dealership network for accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Determine the validity and eligibility of warranty claims based on established criteria and communicate outcomes to the relevant parties.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, including repair work orders, invoices, photos, and unit registrations.
  • Assist in the administration of Product Improvement Programs.
  • Collaborate with dealership personnel to gather additional information when needed.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to dealerships regarding the status of their warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and requests for additional information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in warranty claims processing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify product trends and optimize the warranty administration process.
  • Stay up to date with company warranty policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to dealership personnel on warranty claim submission and best practices.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring warranty claims are processed with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize reimbursement for failures caused by defective supplier components; coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Procurement.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Warranty Claims Adjudication
