Qualifications

• Experience in residential home warranty, homeowner care, or post-possession customer service is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, construction, real estate, automotive service, scheduling, sales, or other fast-paced service environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner warranty and seasonal inquiries by phone and email within 24 hours.
• Explain warranty processes, timelines, responsibilities, and limitations with professionalism.
• Coordinate inspections, appointments, and schedules for warranty work and follow-up.
