Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in a customer service role.
• High School Diploma or College Diploma in Construction, Home Building, Administration or related field is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to homeowners for service, repairs or outstanding work.
• Coordinate repair appointments and processing of related paperwork.
• Print daily schedules and contact trades to ensure successful workdays.
• Manage invoices, vendor cards and check-in/check-out processes.
• Respond to inquiries from homeowners and trade partners and resolve after-sales issues.
