Job summary

Cascadia Metals is seeking a Warehouse Worker at our Montreal branch, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. You will prepare orders, load/unload trucks, move coils, wrap products and build pallets, while keeping a safe, orderly site.

Candidates should be punctual, precise, with good communication, able to use Word/Excel/Outlook, and comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Forklift training will be provided, and bilingual ability is a plus. We offer strong benefits and RRSP matching after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Punctual and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual capability is valued; mechanical background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or be trained to operate one.
• Prepare customer orders and load/unload trucks.
• Move coils onto machinery and wrap/strap finished products.
• Build pallets and assist the operator as needed.
• Tag and mark required material; follow production plans.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment.

Cascadia Metals is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Warehouse worker, to work out of our Montreal branch. Shift timings will be 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift or willing to be trained on one
• Preparing customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving and loading coil onto machinery
• Wrapping and strapping finished product
• Building pallets when needed
• Assisting the operator as needed
• Tagging and marking required material
• Follow production plans
• Maintaining a clean and orderly environment
