Warehouse Worker 3 – 1 position
Are you passionate about ensuring our product from our vendors get to our stores? Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor, you will perform a variety of duties which include but are not limited to case handling, receiving, storing, preparing, checking, and shipping functions either manually or by operating material handling equipment, including rideable equipment.

About the Role
Load and unload containers/trailers
Move product to and from storage
Pick and assemble orders for shipment
Check assembled orders and verify counts of incoming or outgoing stock material
Prepare and process documents, checking and verifying inventory
Perform general facility and workstation housekeeping
Frequent walking, stair climbing, lifting, and handling of stock which weighs approximately 25 to 60 pounds
About You
Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker or related work experience in a warehouse setting, including material handling procedures
Ability to speak and read English as well as proficiency in working with numbers normally acquired through the completion of a secondary school education
The ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including lifting of cases (on occasion up to 60 pounds) for prolonged periods, working at heights up to eight (8) storeys, and working in isolation
The ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE), including forklift trucks
Demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices and ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
Must be willing and able to work shift work; all shifts (day shift, afternoon shift, and midnight shift), along with occasional overtime, including weekend overtime
