Major Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of pharmaceutical products while maintaining GMP compliance and quality standards.
Perform accurate SAP transactions and RF scanning for inventory management, ensuring proper documentation and traceability of all material movements.
Monitor and document temperature-controlled areas, manage data storage, and ensure compliance with storage requirements for sensitive pharmaceutical products.
Process customer orders, handle returns, and coordinate with carriers while meeting special delivery requirements and resolving shipping inquiries.
Maintain security protocols, health and safety practices, and housekeeping standards across warehouse and shipping areas.
Manage documentation including transport paperwork, delivery logs, function reports, and inventory records with precision and timeliness.
Support material disposition processes, sample requests, and coordinate with internal departments for efficient site-wide material distribution
About You:
Minimum Grade 12 education with 2+ years relevant work experience; preferred community college education (5 courses) with 1+ year experience.
Valid Class G driver's license and demonstrated experience operating forklifts and tow trucks.
Knowledge of material movement, handling techniques, and dangerous goods regulations.
Certification in forklift operation and dangerous goods handling (or willingness to obtain).
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Hours Of Work:
Inclusive from Monday to Friday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
