The Warehouse Worker will perform a variety of functions, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate must be well suited to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders indicated on pick tickets. Wrap pallets and load trucks for in-town deliveries.
• Wrap and label pallets for out-of-town deliveries and pickups.
• Conduct nightly bin walks, checking empty bins.
• Maintain a neat and orderly assigned row—sweep floors, align pallets, level load slots.
• Utilize an industrial forklift safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist other warehouse workers as requested by the Warehouse Manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and forklift operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime as required by business demands, sometimes on short notice.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to lift over 25 kg and perform frequent lifts of 10-15 kg.
• Ability to work at heights up to 21 feet with safety equipment and training.
• Strong attention to detail.
