Warehouse Associate – Permanent Full-Time
Location: Winnipeg MB | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Master Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a permanent full-time role in our Winnipeg location. We're looking for someone who knows the value of getting it right the first time and thrives in a fast-paced, respectful environment. This role offers long-term stability, full-time hours, and a team that backs you every step of the way.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Receive and record incoming shipments accurately using our internal system
- Prepare and pack customer orders with care and attention
- Operate forklifts safely to move and organize inventory
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks to support team flow
- Keep your workspace clean, safe, and well-organized
- Follow safety standards that protect you and the people around you
What You Bring to Our Team:
- One year or more of forklift experience
- Dangerous Goods certification is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to learn
- A team-first attitude with the drive to get things done
