Job summary

UPS in Vars, Ontario is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Worker to support loading, unloading, sorting and scanning of packages at our Vars location. The role is a morning position with shifts starting as early as 4:30 AM and finishing by 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with up to 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort and scan packages in the center.
• Work a morning shift starting between 4:30 AM and 5:15 AM.
• Maintain organization and follow routing instructions.
• Stay on shift until 9:00 AM when required, Monday to Friday.

This is a morning position. UPS is currently looking forPart-time Warehouse Worker at our Vars location. Pre-loaders are responsible for the loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning of packages in the center.

• Workdays:Monday - Fridays* no exceptions
• Scheduled Shift: shift can start between 4:30 AM to 5:15 AM.
• That means potential candidates must be able to start work as early as 4:00 am and must be able to stay until 9:00 am, Monday to Friday. Without exception.
• Shift averages 3-5 hours a day, but hours, start times/finish times may vary with operational needs. Orientation day will be located at 2281 Stevenage Drive but working will be in Vars thereafter. Please note that you will immediately start working either on your orientation day or the next day.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding and temperature changing warehouse environment
• Must be able to work with and recognize postal codes and routing charts
• No experience necessary.
