Job description

What's the role?

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for providing excellent sales support and customer service by collaborating with the distribution team through receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment, aligning with organizational Lean objectives.

What does the role involve?

• Preparing and shipping outbound parcels and receiving inbound products.
• Maintaining expertise by reviewing and managing task-related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transactions.
• Contributing to team goals by completing tasks and meeting key performance indicators.
• Keeping the work environment safe and tidy by maintaining pallet areas, racks, shelves, aisles, and workstations.
• Preparing Hazmat paperwork for shipments via UPS, FedEx, or LTL carriers.
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Controlling inventory through equipment use and cycle counts.
• Ensuring quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What you need is:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Experience with power equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Ability to contribute positively in a team environment and take responsibility.
