What's the role?

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for providing superior sales support and customer service by collaborating with the distribution team through receiving, warehousing, and order fulfillment functions, aligning with organizational Lean objectives.

What does the role involve?

• Preparing and shipping outbound parcels and receiving inbound products.
• Maintaining functional expertise by reviewing and retaining task-related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system transactions.
• Contributing to team goals by completing tasks and meeting key performance indicators.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves, aisles, and workstations neat and organized.
• Preparing Hazmat paperwork for related shipments (UPS / FedEx / LTL).
• Preparing Bills of Lading.
• Controlling inventory by using appropriate equipment and performing cycle counts.
• Ensuring quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What you need is:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good math skills.
• Experience with power equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Self-responsibility and teamwork skills.
