Bandstra Transportation Systems is a well-established transportation and logistics company serving Western Canada. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker for our Edmonton operations, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 11:00am to close and overtime available.

This role focuses on safe, accurate freight handling and day-to-day leadership on the dock. The position offers competitive hourly wages, full health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, paid time off, overtime pay, and union

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Class 5 driver’s license.
• Experience loading outbound trailers.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Operating lift trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring freight is handled accurately and secured properly.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

Bandstra Transportation Systems is a well-established transportation and logistics company providing dedicated LTL & TL, van and deck service across Western Canada. With more than 70 years of service, we have built a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and operational excellence, supporting everyone from major mines and manufacturers to local businesses.

We are currently seeking an experienced, Warehouse Worker for our Edmonton operations. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to close with overtime available.

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse Worker who naturally takes ownership, sets the pace on the floor, and raises the standard for safety, efficiency, and accountability. You will play a key role in ensuring freight moves accurately, safely, and on schedule while supporting overall dock performance. This role will provide day-to-day leadership support and may have the opportunity to earn a lead hand premium as responsibilities evolve.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating lift trucks (forklifts) safely and efficiently
• Ensuring freight is handled accurately and secured properly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
