Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, Canada's leader in last-mile logistics, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Associate in Laval, QC. You will safely guide and monitor vans, ensure safety protocol compliance, and support driver check-in/out within a fast-paced station.

Responsibilities include van documentation checks, package sorting support, accident and hazard reporting, and collaboration with warehouse staff to optimize van flow—while upholding Health and Safety standards in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely guide and monitor vans within the station premises, both inside and outside the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with traffic and safety protocols, including speed limits and pedestrian zones.
• Park vans in designated warehouse areas after check‑in.
• Assist Operations teams during driver check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Verify documentation, such as delivery sheets and van condition reports, as required.
• Support van audits, including inspecting loaded and unloaded packages to identify discrepancies.
• Assist in locating missing or misplaced packages in vans or staging areas.
• Prioritize tasks based on operational requirements, with a focus on addressing bottlenecks in van flow.
• Report safety hazards, van damage, or unresolved package issues to Supervisors.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers to help streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
• Promote and enforce safe working methods and behaviours within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
• Assist with unloading trailers when necessary.
• Support and assist with package sorting operations.
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
