Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Warehouse/Tool Crib Attendant in Edmonton. The role involves pulling and receiving orders, plus occasional out-of-town work assisting trades with tooling in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include inventory control, equipment care, processing invoices, and helping with loading/unloading and maintenance records. The job may require travel and 12-hour shifts.

Job Purpose

Herc Rentals is currently looking for a Warehouse/Tool Crib Attendant. You will be responsible for pulling and receiving orders, doing repetitive and physical work. There will also be times that we will need you to work out of town as a Tool Crib Associate where you will aid tradespeople by supplying them with appropriate tooling in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Must have valid class 5 driver’s license.
• A recent driver’s abstract will be required
• All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening.
• Ability to travel when called upon 50% of the year
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am when out on site
• Ability to work out of town for up to 24 consecutive days (no weekend travel home during this period).
• Must be clean shaven in order to get onto job sites
• Tool Crib Experience considered an asset

Schedule and Compensation

• When working in the warehouse in Edmonton. Hours are 7-4 or 8-5, Monday to Friday. $24/hr
• Out of town working the tool crib across Western Canada. Hours are 7pm-7am. Working 24 consecutive days. $27/hr
