Job Description - Warehouse Person / Product Transfer

The Sarnia manufacturing facility, serving as the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc., is focused on synthetic rubber production and employs over 300 staff. It is supported by a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber in London, Ontario.

This position involves training to perform Warehouse Person and Product Transfer duties, including material retrieval, labeling, visual inspections, staging, and loading onto trucks, rail cars, or ocean containers. The role also covers transferring finished goods, organizing inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Successful completion of the training will enable safe operation of tractor trailers and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ license in good standing
• Forklift license is an asset
• Strong organizational and mechanical skills
• Computer proficiency
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact across all organizational levels

Work Hours: 8-hour day shifts and/or 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis.
