Position Overview:
The Warehouse Technician supports warehouse operations and projects as assigned. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, quality control, inventory management, and logistics. Reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Order Processing:

• Accurately receive, ship, label, and pack orders for delivery.
• Perform quality control and inventory checks.

Logistics and Transportation:

• Prepare shipments via small parcel, LTL, or internal fleet.
• Operate industrial forklifts (sit-down, reach, stock picker, pallet jack).

Safety:

• Conduct daily equipment checks.
• Participate in safety initiatives.

Warehouse Housekeeping:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain equipment as needed.

Customer Service:

• Provide high service standards and efficient operations.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment.

Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
- 1-3 years warehouse experience
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills, RF WMS experience (preferred)
- Forklift operation experience

Hourly Pay Range: $17.57 - $21.52, with compensation based on experience and other factors.
