Job summary

Conuma Resources is seeking a Warehouse Technician for our operations in British Columbia. The role focuses on accurate inventory counts, shipping/receiving tasks, counter service, and supporting a smooth warehouse workflow across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, shipping/receiving experience, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds is required; prior warehousing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical counts with inventory/control and parts teams.
• Report discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide counter service and assist customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with team to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform receiving/shipping tasks including order picking and packing.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Address and resolve shipping/receiving inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct physical counts in coordination with inventory control and parts departments.
• Report discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide counter service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform all receiving and shipping tasks, including order picking, packing, and processing.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address and resolve any shipping or receiving inquiries.

Education, Experience & Qualification

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Warehousing ticket is an asset.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build strong internal working relationships.
• Quick learner, adaptable to an ever‑changing environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.

Wages and Benefits

Specifically for the Warehouse Technician role, we offer an annual base salary range of $72,000 - $85,000.00, along with a variety of bonuses. These bonuses include monthly efficiency bonuses linked to safety and production as well as quarterly retention bonuses. Our benefits package also includes paid vacation and personal days, 7% RRSP matching, and 100% employer‑paid extended health and dental care, among other valuable perks.
