Conuma Resources Limited, a leading Canadian producer of metallurgical coal, invites applications for a Warehouse Technician at our BC warehouse operations. The role supports inventory counts, shipping/receiving, and customer inquiries while ensuring accurate documentation and efficient processes.

You will work a 12-hour day/night shift on a 7x7 rotation, physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, with opportunities for growth within a safety-focused, community-minded company.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Warehousing ticket is an asset.
• Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 7x7 rotation.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical counts in coordination with inventory control and parts departments.
• Report discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide counter service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Perform all receiving and shipping tasks, including order picking, packing, and processing.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address and resolve any shipping or receiving inquiries.

Wages and Benefits

Conuma Resources takes pride in providing industry-competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that truly values our employees. Specifically for the Warehouse Technician role, we offer an annual base salary range of $72,000 - $85,000.00, along with a variety of bonuses. These bonuses include monthly efficiency bonuses linked to safety and production as well as quarterly retention bonuses. Our benefits package also includes paid vacation and personal days, 7% RRSP matching, and 100% employer-paid extended health and dental care, among other valuable perks.

Employee bus transportation is available from:

• Tumbler Ridge to our Quintette Mine and Willow Creek Mine
• Chetwynd to our Willow Creek Mine
• Dawson Creek to our Willow Creek Mine
