Job summary

Greenstone Mine, operated by Greenstone Gold Mines LP and owned by Equinox Gold Corp., is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Technician to support operations on site. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and covers freight handling, receiving, issuing, cycle counts and shipping to the mine.

Requirements include 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, SAP and MS Office familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Mining warehouse experience is an asset.
• Able to read, understand, and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.

The Greenstone Mine commenced production in May 2024 and will be one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines, with annual production expected to average nearly 400,000 ounces of gold per year for an initial 14-year mine life with additional potential from a large underground deposit. Greenstone Gold Mines LP is owned by Equinox Gold Corp, a Vancouver-based mining company with four operating mines in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Nicaragua.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Technician is responsible for all warehouse technical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse activities including freight offloading, receiving, issuing, cycle counts and shipping of items to and from the mine site.
• Deliver goods at the mine site.
• Follow inventory management procedures and processes.
• Input physical counts and manage inventory in SAP.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Ensure the warehouse is properly secured.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.

Required Experience and Skill Set

• 2+ years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics. Mining warehouse experience is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and SAP is an asset.

The salary range for this position is from $71,890.00 to $87,865.00.
