Job summary

Motion is looking for a Production & Warehouse Associate to join our Courtenay team. You will start by supporting daily warehouse operations — receiving, inspecting, organizing and stocking equipment, while preparing orders for delivery and service.

You will learn Motion's products and gain hands-on technical skills with mentorship from a Technician. As skills grow, the role aims to progress into a full Technician position, with training and increasing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, mechanical or similar environment.
• Demonstrated technical curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.
• Motivated to learn products, tools and processes and grow with mentorship.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and readiness to apply findings.
• Good organization, detail-orientation and ability to manage priorities.
• Teamwork, clear communication and collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Support Warehouse Operation: receive, inspect, organize and store equipment and parts.
• Prepare orders and equipment for delivery, service and client use.
• Pick, pack, stage and move products; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe and well-organized; assist with loading/unloading.
• Build and prepare mobility equipment; learn assembly and handling procedures.
• Develop technical knowledge with the Technician; progress to more responsibilities.
• Be an engaged team member; communicate, collaborate and problem-solve as needed.
