Job summary

Motion is seeking a Production & Warehouse Associate in Courtenay to support daily warehouse operations and learn Motion's mobility equipment. You will receive hands-on training, work with the Technician, and progressively take on more technical responsibilities as you grow.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in warehouse settings and a curiosity for mechanical systems. This role offers development, mentorship, and a clear path toward a Technician position within Motion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or similar environments.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work with hands and follow procedures to build and prepare equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations: receive, inspect, organize, store equipment and parts; prepare orders for delivery and service.
• Build and prepare mobility equipment; learn assembly procedures and safety standards.
• Develop technical skills with the technician; progressively take on more troubleshooting and repair tasks.
• Be an engaged team member: communicate, prioritize tasks, and maintain safe, organized work areas.
