You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will also oversee the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging materials to provide consistent quality ingredients to production efficiently and cost-effectively.

How You Will Contribute

• Manage the Warehouse Operations Plan, including receipt, issue, and disposal of raw and packaging materials and finished goods inventories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead optimal utilization of warehouse space, manage inventory levels, and ensure storage standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, and governance standards are met through audits and compliance activities.
• Develop talent, build team capabilities, and foster engagement.

What You Will Bring

• Relevant experience in warehouse or production operations, inventory management, and material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Additional Role Details

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory checks, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with teams for continuous process improvement.

• 3+ years in operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with WMS, barcode scanners, and inventory software.

Work Details
