Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Milton, ON location. In this role, you will lead daily warehouse operations hands-on and participate in an 18-month rotational program to develop leadership skills across inbound, outbound, and operations support functions.

You will coach teams, drive safety and productivity, and expand your leadership through equipment certifications. A strong background in managing 10+ people and promoting continuous improvement is required, with a preferred

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM

• Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands-on through an 18-month rotational program.
• Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound and operational support functions to keep the business running at its best.
• Drive accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse environment where your decisions make a daily impact.
• Expand your leadership skills through hands-on operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
