Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership experience in warehousing environment.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation which fulfils operational and customer demand and meet set targets.
• Identify any systems improvements and make recommendations for change
• Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required
• Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency
• Communicate with staff on a regular basis to ensure awareness of priorities, targets and operational requirements
• Report progress updates, key achievements, and any concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Manager
• Actively committed to teams’ development and growth
• Have a collaborative approach to working with others.
