Job summary

Alumier Labs is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fulfilment operations at our North York warehouse. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and maintain safety and quality standards.

You will train and coach the team, enforce Health Canada requirements, and drive continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy. On-site role with competitive CAD salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control, receiving, order fulfilment, shipping, and safety.
• Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a regulated warehouse environment (cosmetics/pharma/nhp/food) is an asset.
• Reach truck or forklift certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staffing to meet priorities.
• Verify incoming shipments and resolve discrepancies and errors.
• Ensure products are stored, handled, picked, packed, and shipped per procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock rotation and lot traceability; manage returns and nonconforming goods.
• Train, supervise, and coach staff; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety procedures and Health Canada requirements; coordinate with Facilities.
• Maintain records and support audits; track KPIs and report risks.
• Identify improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency; participate in training.
