Job summary

ALS in North Vancouver, BC, is hiring a Laboratory/Warehouse Assistant – Workflow Operator for a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will help coordinate movement, tracking, staging, and storage of client sample boxes, supporting weighing workflows in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires Grade 12 or equivalent, strong organizational skills, and basic computer literacy. Safety training and on-site work, with shift flexibility including day/evening/night shifts, are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software applications.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage samples using WebView and update disposition by work order or digestion run number.
• Retrieve, stage, and return sample boxes to storage; assist weighers as needed.
• Support weighing activities and maintain accurate sample movement and storage records.
