Join to apply for the Warehouse Supervisor - Saskatchewan role at Valiant Distribution Inc.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the management of all warehousing and distribution functions at the Regina Cannabis warehouse. This includes inbound and outbound freight, compliance with safety and organizational policies, and inventory management. The role requires strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Job Duties
  • Assist in managing inbound/outbound freight, product, and supplies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
  • Communicate delays or variances in freight.
  • Control inventory levels for compliance and audits.
  • Plan warehouse organization and space utilization.
  • Develop and enforce safety policies.
  • Maintain documentation for regulated products.
  • Act as lead in the absence of the warehouse manager.
  • Conduct inventory spot-checks.
  • Assess facility needs with ROI justification.
  • Report and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor shipping and receiving performance metrics.
  • Support facility improvements and cost management.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Assist in shipping, receiving, and organizing products.
Requirements
  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 4-5 years of warehouse or supply chain management experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations.
  • CannaSell certification required.
  • Valid Driver’s license and knowledge of SLGA regulations.
  • Understanding of WHMIS and safety systems.
  • Experience with enterprise-level tracking systems and ERP software.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
