Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a warehouse operations professional to manage daily warehousing tasks in Canada. You will oversee inbound/outbound logistics, staff development, and inventory accuracy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics, forklift certification, and experience with ERP/WMS systems. This on-site role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a team-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification is required.
• ERP and Warehouse Management knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure quality, quantity, and customer satisfaction through efficient operations.
• Maintain KPI metrics and optimize warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery quality and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety standards.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics for the division.
• Maintain health and safety standards across all activities.
• Coordinate distribution of spare parts to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Train staff to improve warehouse performance.
• Receive, inspect for damages, label shipments, and process returns.
• Count stock and keep accurate inventory records for the division.
• Travel as needed and perform general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse.
• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction by maintaining all warehouse operations.
• Ensure and maintain that KPI metrics are obtained through efficient warehouse operations.
• Partner and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality of delivery, inventory, and support customer satisfaction.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff.
• Support all Inbound and Outbound logistics for PFP Division
• Maintain Health and Safety standards.
• Coordinate and maintain the distribution of the spare parts division to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and Maintain Picking and Packing process and overview of the warehouse.
• Develop and Train warehouse staff to the best of their ability.
• Pick, pack, and ship complete orders for PFP
• Receive, examine for damages, and label incoming shipments for PFP
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records as accurately as possible for PFP
• Review, inspect and process returned customer orders.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
• Perform general warehouse duties as necessary.
• Able to carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to Travel
