  • Celebrate great work, provide helpful feedback, and address performance concerns fairly and promptly.
  • Make smart use of receiving areas, storage locations, yard space, and warehouse resources.
  • Keep inventory accurate.
  • Partner with purchasing teams to keep popular products in stock.
  • Ensure forklifts, lifting equipment, and warehouse machinery are used safely and kept in good working order.
  • Champion a clean, safe workplace and proper handling practices.
  • Maintain clear records for receipts, transfers, inventory counts, orders, and shipments.
  • Look for practical ways to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and make each day run a little better.
  • Work with sales, customer service, purchasing, and transportation teams to solve inventory and logistics challenges.
What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience leading people and keeping a team moving in the same direction.
  • Knowledge of material storage, handling, forklift operation, and heavy-lifting safety practices is a definite asset.
  • A talent for staying organized, setting priorities, and keeping calm when the warehouse gets busy.
  • Clear communication, positive leadership, and a genuine commitment to customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset—even on the busiest days.
