Job Description
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage all warehouse functions, overseeing the day- to- day operations, including receiving, distribution and personnel supervision. If you are energetic, like a fast-paced, safe environment and want to work for a growing company, then APPLY NOW!
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Experienced in managing delivery trucks and drivers.
Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
Scheduling and assigning employees to complete warehouse operational requirements and follow-up on work results.
Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
5- 10 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products. Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed.
