Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse functions, overseeing daily operations including receiving, distribution, and personnel supervision.
• Control inventory levels through physical counts and data system reconciliation.
• Manage delivery trucks and drivers.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices to improve quality, safety, cost, and service.
• Schedule and assign tasks to employees, monitor work results.
• Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train warehouse staff.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel: Local

Amount of Travel: Less than 10%

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, and perform climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, standing, and ladder climbing as needed.
