The Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of our local warehouse, managing a small team (currently 2 employees) to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective order fulfillment. You’ll work closely with our Purchasing, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from receipt to delivery.

You’ll also support the Finance Manager in managing logistics and operations for two key external warehouses — one in Montreal and another in the central US.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate order deliveries through effective logistics and inventory management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse team members.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and solve problems proactively.
• Assist with oversight of third-party warehouse partners.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant facility.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
