HBI Canada, the Canadian office for RAW rolling papers and related products, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager. You will delegate daily tasks in shipping, monitor inventory, and coordinate with sales and production to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse or supply chain roles and 2+ years of management. Proficiency in ERP/SAP and WMS systems, plus strong communication, will help drive accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
• Excellent communication skills - must read and write English well.
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
• First Aid Certification is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar) and WMS (Produmex or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook/Teams.
• Exceptional problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant warehouse or supply chain experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Delegate daily tasks for shipping department (picking, packing, trucking, consolidation).
• Keep up to date with spreadsheets on daily shipments and trucking orders.
• Verify Dangerous Goods template on orders to make all documents correct.
• Check on weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Lock and unlock inventory section to prevent misplacements.
• Check on low inventory in the shipping department and communicate with the Receiving Manager to replenish items.
• Email Upper Management regarding any damaged inventory and follow the procedure on the steps.
• Communicate with Sales Manager and sales team regarding inventory that is short on orders to adjust to meet requirements.
• Communicate with sales team regarding more affordable shipping routes.
• Communicate with Sales Manager and sales team regarding cost distribution orders and what carrier to assign it to.
• Communicate with Warehouse Operation Manager on daily, weekly and monthly projects.
• Send weekly attendance reports to accounting and Warehouse Operation Manager.
• Communicate with Production Supervisor on daily tasks and weekly report.
• Send weekly reports to Upper management and Warehouse Operation Manager.

We are HBI Canada and we are the Canadian office for RAW rolling papers, Elements, Juicy Jays, Kingpin and much, much more. Check our website (www.hbicanada.com). Our company is a large wholesaler of Roll-Your-Own products (rolling paper, hemp wraps, rolling accessories). We're a small tight group with about 20 office employees. Our work environment is very positive and team oriented.

Annual Salary:

$58,240
